    I installed ReFood via AutoPlugin, and I've checked everything to see if they're all correct. The Ur0:tai/reF00D.skprx is there in the config.txt, (the O's are Zero's) as well as the keys.bin file. The one thing I did notice is that the reF00D.skprx is before nonpdrm.skprx in my config file...

    Okay, thank you! I'm probably gonna go through auto, because in scared of messing things up. This is kinda a dumb question, but when installing SD2VITA plugin, It's asking me to remove a gamecard before rebooting. Is it referring to the SD card or to the Sony card?

    Okay, so I replaced the config.txt (deleted it first this time) and henkaku settings are back! But, the same amount of apps/games are missing. It appears that like you said, they're the one's that where loaded onto the SD card, and the console isn't picking them up. What do i do now?

    The plot thickens. I pasted over the old config with the new, and on restart, only a few of my games and apps are there (vitashell included, thankfully) now I'm not sure what to do :/
