    I'm not quite following the logic here. Isn't this a problem with any hack release? I don't really see the problem as long as luckwii gets the proper credit for the release. If the beta is in a playable state, I'm sure that what he would have wanted, no?

    I still have my original Silver DS Phat bought on launch day in 2005. The thing has a few scratches on the black, but otherwise works perfectly :D I've gotten a ton of use out of it... especially after I got my R4 about halfway through the DS's lifespan
