    I fixed it. If you're experiencing a similar problem then try changing your console's region.

    It was showing up way earlier, but now it's not. Doesn't matter if I reinsert it, dump the rom, whatever else, it doesn't show up in checkpoint. If you guys know how to fix it, that would be great.
