    I hav e two cards. Maybe I will make to children happy with these. I will buy other flashcard. I tried AKAIO 1.8.1 from www.r4ids.com The menu worked but when I tried starting a rom i get a message that my card could be fake. Maybe people can find a way to let the r4-pro work.

    I will try it. Thank you. I did all the steps. At the end i copied the rpg and ds-menu file to the root. When i startup my ds xl i see the alex rider icon. When i choose that i only get a black screen with loading on it. Am i doing something wrong?

    I wrote earlyer that I have a r4-pro. I want to ask people who have the same card if it works with the wood firmware. With the 1.4.1 firmware it doesn't. I want to know if it does with the 1.4 firmware.

    No one who can help me? On their site they give a firmware and the wood 1.20 as a patch. I put the firmware on the card and put the wood files on the card. It replaced the _DS_MENU but I get a loading screen and nothing else.

    Hello, ibought a R4i gold card( www.r4-pro.com ) On their site is a firmware of october 2010 but there is also a Wood firmware on there site. But I can't get it to work with the Wood firmware. If it doesn't support why is it on there site? I mailed them 2 times but with no succes.

    Burn it with half the speed of your dvd. Like if your verbatims are 16x burn it with 8x speed. Worked always for me. Have a PAL Wii.

    If you are going to look to that site you can better look at this link: http://www.cdfreaks.com/reviews/ I would go either for the pioneer or NEC. (The LG takes time ripping dvd's)
