    Today I was playing ToS: Dawn of a New world when suddenly audio started to get choppy, then all of a sudden, it sounded like something "snapped" inside the wii (I suppose the disc stopping abruptly) and a few seconds later my Wii sent me the read error. I restarted and tried to load it again...
