    issue resolved! I just made my own ysmenu folder on the root of my sd card and put usrcheat.dat in there. cheats work great now!

    thats the thing, i am using the ak2 version of ysmenu, which doesn't use ttmenu or ysmenu folders ak2 ysmenu is the only version that doesen'e give a dldi error when rom is chosen on r4 ultra the roms run fine, and I'm glad for that, but there are some games that need cheats to work properly...

    Gaming Pokemon Platinum

    I had this exact same problem. Cynthia wasn't appearing, the platform was invisible, and there was no Cyrus I turned off all of the cheats and some of it was fixed. The platform was still invisible, but Cyrus was now visible/battleable on the bottom level. Hope this helps.
