    Before I get to my main question my Switch is on 8.1 is that hackable? I'm planning on getting Skyrim on my Switch. I just learned that there's mods for it on Switch as well. I'm guessing I need CFW to use mods on my Switch. That said can I get banned for using mods even if its not an online game?

    I thought I could go back to ofw to go online by rebooting the switch to remove ReiNX. Unless I miss heard/read that. I wouldn't mind not going online but once Smash Bros comes out I know I'll want to play that online.
