    Hardware Replace D4 with D2B drive

    I want to place a Wasabi DX modchip in a new Wii family edition. But there's a D4 drive in it, is it posible to replace the entire drive with a D2B model and place the modchip on that one? Or will there be a problem with the drive because there are no GC ports on the Wii?

    I got a question about the new Wii the 'Wii Slim'. Does this Wii have any software/hardware restrictions for softmodding the console? Or is softmodding just as easy as with the old Wii (the one with gc hardware).

    Install Priiloader and enable 'Block Disk Updates'. IOS249 will have a lower version than the one that is on the game. So your Wii thinks it is'nt up to date. But it is, only you placed Wanins cIOS in place of the STUB IOS of Nintendo (which has a lower version than Wanin's).

    Hacking HALP! DS won't turn on.

    If you unscrew the bottom part of the ds and desolder the power switch, and then solder some wires (I'll post a picture soon). Than you can put on your DS by holding two wires together (like I did for a month, and then decided to build in a new powerswitch).
