If it's an xdelta, ips, bps, etc., then it's a patch. If it's .nds then it's a ROM. Can't link to those here. -

A ROM image is basically a memory dump of the software. You know how you run games via an emulator or a flash cartridge? You are actually running a piece of software dumped from a cartridge. Depends on the platform of course. If you run games...

As long as they are patches, sure. If they are ROM images, you can't post those, as that would be illegal.

Just depends on the game in question. If I know the game well enough, then the language barrier isn't really a hurdle for me. Otherwise, games that I don't know well, and are exclusive to specific languages (Japanese being the most common one)...

Sacred Gold and Storm Silver 1.1.2 are already in the database. That's the English variants though. I don't know about any Spanish translations for those hacks. Some of the stuff you mentioned has cheats. Chances are you just have bad ROM dumps...
