    I don't disagree, it probably could be possible. It's just way easier to make it work on n3ds and call it a day. I'm super curious as to what happens if someone loads the cia on an o3ds though.

    Hardware limitation I would guess. O3ds has trouble with retroarch, I guess nintendo couldn't/wouldn't make a snes emulator work either. They probably want to push n3ds anyway.

    I go with emulation, but I've never tried VC injection. Mostly because I have gamesaves from other emulators that I wanted to continue on my n3ds and I'm unaware if its possible to import those to a VC version.

    Oh Christ I know what I did now. I used the old 3ds 9.2.0-20 files in my new 3ds. That's 100% my fault on the brick.

    Black screen, removing SD card does nothing. Holding L+R+A+UP does nothing. Guess I'm screwed. I got all the way through the downgrade, it was stuck at "Complete! Rebooting in 10 seconds." Nothing happened for a few minutes so I turned it off, now I've got black screen for days.
