    If you both have Vitas activated for the same account you should be able to use the same apps. You wouldn't be able to play online together though, or have access to your own PSN account. Ad-hoc games would still work though I believe.

    Backup your saves first. You can use whatever you want to do it, I personally prefer JKSM. Edit: Ignore this, somehow I was seeing an old cached page instead of anything recent.

    Typically those errors indicate a bad sdcard. Try reformatting it (not using the quick option), and try again. When I had a similar issue, I solved it by getting a new sd card.

    I don't know what a DS linker is, but with a DS flashcart he'd be able to play NDS games as well as 3DS games. Also the Sky3DS costs significantly more than the other options. It actually can't. Not without modding.

    Not64 is a pretty awesome fork of Wii64. It's more updated than Wii64 (which I think had development dropped). Last update to Not64 was April 20th of this year. I don't think it has libwupc support, but I think there's a fork of the PS1 emulator that has it (found here).
