    I have an identical problem, PAL + PAL and the game bombs back to the system menu. Do you get the the video selection screen. After I click the 'return to game' it bombs.

    I think a smilar thing to that happened to me, using the [i'm now almost convinced] duff G6 card seemed to lock it up so it wouldn't turn on. After a whole day of leaving it be wih the battery out it started up ok, though using the G6 card made it happen again. So at least the DS is alright...

    I think my G6 is set for the big G6 in the sky! Good build quality there then! Anyway moving on, the two big players now seem to be the DSTT and the R4, which of those will do the same job as my G6 did? Anything my G6 could do that these can't? Thanks in advance, Jon

After playing about with the G6 card (See thread in G6 subforum, didn't fix it btw!) it wouldn't turn on again. I don't think the card had anything to do...

    Thankyou, And yep all my games are in x:\NDS\*.NDS And yep I deleted the save files in every instance. What do you mean by DSTT? And my G6 Real card is a standalone card + reader, not got an SD Card inside it. One of these.

    My card has always worked perfectly until recently. Though recently a game locked up, and after a switch off and on Sims 2 wouldn't boot, freezing on an intro picture. Also Yoshi's Island is the same, freezing at the intro movie after you start a new game. It always freezes at exactly the same...

    Hardware Will Wii Graphic card be burnt for leaving standby mode?

    Me too, i've left mine on standby for about a week in the past and hasn't done it any damage. I would of thought anything 'graphical' would be switched off in standby. I'd think you'd be at more of a risk playing the Wii all day long.

    I really got into Mario Galaxy, and it takes me a lot not to put the game down after 5 minutes and not play it again, like I did with Lego Batman! I think it still holds it's appeal ages after starting with it, i'm about 110 stars in wih Luigi and still switch it on now and again and have a bash.

    Here's what I did : Installed TP hack then HBC, did the downgrade back to 3.2u from the end of October update,3.3u was it? , installed Cios then WiiGator, this works fine and runs backups, although i've since tried playing an original the normal way and it gives an error, every disc is the same...
