    I was wondering if you could use new UMDs with the current M33 mods out there, or if they would all detect a lower firmware and want you to upgrade? Am I restricted to only having newer games on my memory stick?

    So to do that, do you first upgrade to OFW 5.50 then install the CFW? or do you just use a pandora's battery to install this version of 5.50?

    I am considering buying two PSPs: a 1001 with a really old firmware solely to be used for hacking, and a PSP 3000 for not hacking with. My question is: are the custom firmwares for the 1000 series untethered or are they tethered like the ones in the 3000 series?
