    Nintendo repairs your console if you send it in. Doesn't even matter if you hacked it or not, or if its out of warranty. Just send it in asking for a battery replacement. They will charge you a fee for the new battery of course.

    You boys are playing with fire. You'll end up with a brand new paperweight. There is 0 incentive to downgrade right now for the average user. If a exploit in a older firmware is found, by that time the tools like hekate and ChoiDujourNX will much more refined and bugfixed.
