Hi, i just got my 2ds xl, same problem, blue light than nothing at all. I tried to exchange the r4 download files with newer one, and i thought it would help, but nothing changed at all, ain't no way i could enter safe mod nor turn it on at all, LRUpA neither select or start + power helped me...- lelecito
