    That's hardly the be all and end all. After all, Bandai Entertainment recently licenced the Gundam 00 anime for the US and there are even rumours they plan to try to get a TV slot sometime. This project still sounds like a good idea though.

    It's a mixture of both. Modify a ROM, then copy it over to a flash cart (R4, M3, G6, etc) and play it on a DS.
