    Started out with JPN WiiKey and have successfully installed HomeBrew & AnyRegion changer... Have updated my WiiKey to PAL (via disc & checked via Config Disc) updated with ARC to 3.2E / Pal etc Success all is well apart from a 'few' Jap characters in the Weather channel, now Region Free thanks...

    I got it from the torrent, it is slow but it's probably the best way at the mo, I only have a cr@p u/l pipe so cant u/l it, there are a few more people jumping on it now so it's really your best bet.
