    Well...Technically no. Kinda yes? If you have a beefy enough PC, you can run it through an emulator like Ryujinx, and use a combo of: 0.5 Speed 60fps and then use your pc to frame limit to 60fps. Running at dock limited 1080p I was able to get a solid 60fps 90% of the time, without the game...
