    Hacking Rock Band 2 Disc Problem

    What Wii is your region? Could be WiiFrii causing the load to black. Try a fresh untouched copy, the update is just a patch to recognize the Mic, Drum and Guitar. It probably won't update to 3.3v2. WBB it won't hurt, just that you won't be able to use Rock Band instruments.
