The realist in me makes me think that it means that when you select "Launch Firmware" from the Hekate menu, it will wait an allotted time (as you can now set) and if nothing happens it will automatically load the default selection.     That's assuming they're on the latest OFW :( which was my problem at first. Followed that guide to upgrade without fuses and then updated everything - was very nice. EDIT: I guess with SX OX yo uhave to be on the latest? so yeah, just boot OFW and update :)
