Afaik as soon as u hit the System Transfer-Button, the system reboots before loading the tools, forcing you back to sysNAND 4.5 and so wants to update your real NAND. => you can't use system transfer without updating real nand....

    The Tool doesn't recognize the flashcard as 3ds gamecart ._. Only works with pokemon because it got a nand-based sav... But I'm still thinking it should be possible since both sav-files are 512KB and are from the same console :/
