    Any way to extract the rom from NEOGEO VC?

    Trying to get samurai shodown 2 out of the wad (I have a bin from a few years back when I tried it that I believe is the rom, but it's encrypted as far as I am aware and I gave up, so if I need to restart from the wad itself I am willing to). I know that there are easier ways to play this game...

    Factually incorrect, it is in your accounts library so long as you have downloaded the free version or bought the paid version before. To download the app again you need open the play store > then click on your profile in the top right > next make sure you are on the account that owns the app...
