    Yes, downgrading from 10.3=> is possible. Installing CFW once it is downgraded is really easy but the downgrading does have some risks and takes many attempts to do succesfully in most cases.

    Not exactly, you need another 3DS that has already been downgraded and access to OOT/Cubic Ninja if you cant play games anymore, wouldnt call that easy. Also I read partial downgrade/frankenfirm is impossible if you downgrade from 10.3 is that true?

    I can't empathize this enough. Only use it to check your update files. It might have a higher rate of success than sysupdater but when it fails you risk getting frankenfirmware/partial downgrade meaning you can no longer access the internet browser or system settings.     You should be able to access your browser again and use browserhax after having updated to 10.3 Try it
