    Homebrew GBARunner2

Its been a few years since I last checked this thread - looks like a lot of game have had a bunch of improvement and working compatibility! Any chance a game like specifically... 'Harry Potter - Quidditch World Cup' will ever get fixed for ds flashcart use, and not just on the main system's SD...

ooof - that's a bummer. Was really excited when I read on that compatibility list that it ran perfect... I didn't realize it still depends on the flashcard being used. Whelp fingers crossed it'll eventually be resolved and branch out to other flashcards in future updates..

I'm acutally using a 3DS so that's why im stummped. ..unless do you mean it only works using the .nds file 'GBARunner2_arm7didi_3ds.nds' ? as opposed to the ds arm7 and 9.

Yes! This has fixed my issue of getting the games to run on TwilightMenu! Thank you ONE more thing - the ROM 'Harry Potter - Quidditch World Cup [UE]' seems to be the only ROM in my batch that gives me a white screen after selecting the title form this list in GBARunner. It says on the...

I'll try the tool out, thanks. Sorry, I meant GBARunner2 loaded with TwilightMenu. I'm running into the error I was getting before even using TwilightMenu where GBA Runner2 loads, but no roms that are in the 'gba' folder appear listed.

Homebrew [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++ - GUI for DS(i) games, and DS(i) Menu replacement

I see. so unless Twilight Menu can access the SD card without launching the flashcard, loading up NDSiWare roms won't run (I've been getting the message this file can't be loaded in DS Mode). However from what I understood you telling @NANASHI89 there are plans in the future for NDSiWare roms...

I see. Well I don't see those kinds of files popping up on my SD card anywhere. Unless they are usually hidden somewhere I can't see. Any other ideas as to why TwilightMenu won't display the ROM list on either arm7 or 9?

Homebrew [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++ - GUI for DS(i) games, and DS(i) Menu replacement

Sorry... I’m a little confused by your explanation, directly launching what? Also the post right after me seemed to be asking the same question but were given two different answers. I could be wrong though..

I wasn’t sure exactly what IT was that you were referring to that’d be producing the ._ files. Are you referring to the ROMs or TwilightMenu? If TwilightMenu, where usually in the folders do they get produced because I actually don’t see any (but I may be missing them) Also for what it’s...

Homebrew [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++ - GUI for DS(i) games, and DS(i) Menu replacement

If I have a flashcard (R4i) running TwilightMenu on my 3DS, will TwilightMenu allow DSiWare .nds roms to run? (would love to get fieldrunners playing on my 3ds).

Loaded everything on, and followed instructions for the Flashcard (all but autoload). TwilightMenu doesn't give me the GBARunner2 logo in the GBA slot in the menu, and even when I do click it the empty section, the GBA intro plays and just sits there. I have both arm9 and arm7 in the _nds...

Which I assume then includes the gba runner .nds file?

is that necessary for getting twilight menu running on the flashcard, or do i only need the 'Boot.nds' to get everything going?

Perfect. I hope this solves the problem then. Looking at the files given I had a question on the 'b4ds' files, any idea what that is?

Using a 3ds and an R4i 3ds card. I have the bios.bin file in the correct place, and the 'gba' folder in the root with a handful of gba roms. ..but while trying both the arm9 and arm7 and with and without the YS menu, the list of games will not appear. It just loads the purple GBARunner2...
