    Gamestop's online pre-owned prices are nationwide and it's been $20 for months. If you ordered it online you would have only ever paid $20 even if the in-store price said something higher on the label. eBay prices are always outrageous so I don't even consider those prices "going rate".

    When was it ever $40? It's been $20 ever since ninjhax was released. I bought mine about a month after ninjhax and got it for $20. Before ninjhax it was only like $5.

    December, but now looking at the version I'm on 5.3.2U and that seems to be the latest version. My 3DS has received 4 or so updates since I got it like 2 months ago so I had assumed they updated the Wii U at the same frequency.

    It's a bit more than just a DRM card. The ability to use an exfat formatted and easily removable microSD card is kinda nice. This is especially more useful on the N3DS due to the built-in cards location. I also kinda like the gateway rom loader menu... much faster and easier than installing...

    They aren't going to be unreleased games though. I can assure you, everything they might add there is available in the usual places. This is still a great bundle. I've purchased it, as well as most of the other gaming bundles they've offered for other platforms.

    No, the solution is that there is no solution. I'm assuming you have a >9.2 3DS and are SOL. Just go buy a Sky3DS or find an older 3DS.
