    In the game files, there is a file named something along the lines of 'unique id' or sonethin like that. I don't know for sure, but I suspect that that may have something to do with it

    I was curious as to whether or not it was possible to homebrew other people's 3ds remotely, because a couple days ago i was playing Ice Station Z, and i overheard a hacker promising to hack the other player's 3ds through their friend code.

    So, how exactly am I supposed to load action replay codes here? It doesn't have the open button, to open a txt file, and it will not allow me to manually write them. EDIT: Nevermind, i am an idiot. I didn't realize there was a help tab there. Thank you for your time.
