    No you don't the compatibility list confuses people with that it's for something else but you never inject any other key than the Rhythm Heaven Key that's required to make the injector work. Trust me that has nothing to do with why it isn't working.

    No you cannot get banned for seeing if your Switch is moddable. That's not installing custom firmware. You have to be on custom firmware and actually use it to get banned. You're fine.
