    We can already tell its an operating system issue. Or in some cases a bios issue... I would always check if there are any newer ones for the motherboard. Normally, when upgrading to more ram, the bios needs to update itself with the changes and should make it available for the operating systems...

    Most likely a hardware issue. Found a video where a chip was desoldered and soldered back on/replaced. people were referring to a broken wifi chip too, which could also be possible. Other than checking the motherboard for faulty parts i dont think there is another option (my opinion at least).

    I had similar issues, i think everyone recommended formatting through uLE and other formatting options, nothing worked properly. in the end, the only thing that worked was some different format in WinHIIP, i think it was actually the Toxic OS one.
