    The funny thing is that when I put in an empty SD-card the led stays lit. But when there is an f_core.dat on the card the led will go fast blinking without ending. So it looks like its not completely bricked.

    I've tried so many times. In all positions. Formatted the SD card with different tools. I suppose I'll have to ask the supplier to exchange the M3i0 for another one.

    Don't worry. I bricked a brand new 4.2 Wii two month's ago. Sent it back to Nintendo for repair. To my suprise they sent me back a brand new Wii with 3.1E firmware. I guess that's what they still have in stock at the repair centre. I could even install Bootmii as boot2 on this new one.
