    Make sure you're using the right revision code. I had the same problem and I didn't realize I needed the Rev 1 code. Also check if you selected "Classic controller emulation" in the injector. Remember to use the analogs as well.

    What folders do you have? Try naming the Nintendont folder with small case ("nintendont"), sometimes it may fail because of that I think.

    Some games have BCAT data which is kind of an extra save data on top of your normal data, a lot of times coming from online events. Some spirits were acquired online I think, but it doesn't matter; you can still use them offline. Pokémon and Animal Crossing rely on BCAT a lot, for instance.
