    Thanks everyone for the help. All updated b9s 1.2 + luma 8.0 and got the latest release of Godmode9 and everything works. But why does my version of luma show up RED in the updater? Not a big problem but it's kind of bothering my OCD.

    Correct, I wasn't saying it was the cause of the ban was merely stating those are a couple of ways where Nintendo could see that you are using CFW.

    You might wanna check that again if you have another 3ds laying around. Also if you set a hacked app as favorite (although nobody should) it shows everyone wether they have the app or not.

    If you allow your friends to see what game you are playing it also shows them if you are using any hacked app as well. I could see this having something to do with it. Also if you allow your 3ds to send info to Nintendo I could see that being a culprit also.

    You can dump otp, boot9 and boot11 by holding Start+Select+X when you boot your 3ds just know there isn't anything that's tells you this is being done when you do it, but it dumps to the boot9strap folder on your sd card.

    You are so right nothing fixes itself, that's why I fixed it, and no I left nothing out on the original post. All the information was correct. Deleting 0000008f didn't work and still had the problem. Deleted the home menu data another way and boom works. But maybe my sd card is still corrupted. Lol.
