    I've tried reinstalling and everything, still no devkitARM. I'm using Windows 10 64 bit.

    I've recently ran into an error setting up devkitPRO on a new machine. I'm running Windows 10 and after I go through setup the devkitARM folder isn't there but the devkitPRO folder with msys2 is. I've found that the urls the setup goes to give a 403 forbidden error code but I've found a backup...
