    This is only on the N3DS, the process is what I'm doing like everyone else. It seems it just can't boot DevMenu, but boots everything else. I'm very frustrated here.

    Nope won't work, to install mset.cia you need DevMenu. BBM just says that the CIA is invalid.

    So I tried to run DevMenu through GW mode, without EmuNAND. I get a "Game card was removed" error. What the hell is going on? I converted the CSU to .3DS. No idea why this isn't working for me.

    Many just hax systems and games for fun. That's what gaming scenes were 10ish years ago. GW is a product, just like a modchip some systems don't require them. I believe it's just opened the door to more basic hackers compared to the elite with oliscopes and other expensive equipment. CFW...
