    Not really, it has some aspects of it but imo PLA does it better, I think watching short reviews/gameplays of both will give you an idea of what I mean, S/V was a downgrade from PLA if you'd ask me. PS: I also edited my previous post with a "classic formula main series entry" of my choice.

    Just re-dump it with nxdumptool and make sure you enable the option to remove console specifics (should be default while the rest is set to NO, as long as you use the rewrite branch). I don't think there is anything that could happen to get your actual eShop account banned and I doubt that...

    There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

    Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
