    EDIT: Nevermind, I thought the collection was the same as Switch. I didn't realize it's a glorified emulator where the individual games are basically DLC. Which games are worth getting. I'm gonna buy the Streets of Rage games, Golden Axe ones, Altered Beast, the 3 Ecco games, Ristar, and Alex Kidd.

    He probably doesn't even need to go that far. If he had shown a physical copy of the game on stream he could easily make the argument he had the right to play it. This is based on the assumption he actually got the game from somebody and didn't pirate it.
