    I dont think there's a plugin with a 60fps code but I believe there is a code in the 60fps thread.

    I'm having an issue with installing this a layeredfs the text seems to be to big and it causing overflowing text anybody else having this issue or anyway to fix it. I'll post a pic later if needed.

    You can't download EU updates on a japanese 3ds to update the game you would have to find the update online or dump it from a EU console.
