No firmware isn't region dependent on the Switch. In fact the only regional varient of the FW is the JP firmware for specific models. -

Yes, just as long as it is mentioned that Ai was used, I'm ok with it. Ai has been in games for many years already technically, NPC's are essentially Ai to some form.

Regarding the AI shit, have my 2 cents. If you don't know what you are doing, don't write networked software in a native programming language without help or the correct tools and research first. You will miss bugs and those bugs will hurt...
