    Just because you're playing offline doesn't mean you don't have logs of what you play. Those are inside your PS3. That's why if you connect to PSN you always have a certain risk of getting banned if you're using homebrew, it's logged on the PS3. I doubt they'd ban you for not having logs saying...

    No prob, I searched for a while today looking for this too. BTW, if you're on v4.0X, install Preloader 0.29 ASAP! After bricking my Wii and getting it back thanks to it, I love this software more than anything! =)

    IOS are the Wii System Files. So, when you update your Wii, the System Files will get overwritten. In other words, you lose cIOSCORP with ANY update.

    All the reports I have about cIOSCORP on v4.0X are from people who bricked their Wiis (Installed it just to get an error and the deleted the IOSs from their Wii, something a lot of people said A LOT OF TIMES for you not to do).     This updater uses the Trucha Bug on the IOS from v4.0X, so yes, you can install WADs. And even if you use the 'normal' update, you can't still install them if you have a cIOS installed.

    Backup Launcher runs ALL the games under cIOS. That's why some games gave you the 001 and 002 errors before. That means that you may not have those IOS. --EDIT-- 100th post! WOOT! =3

    It will install the new v4.0X, it will only patch the IOS to be Trucha-enabled. So this means you're probably under the new terms of service.

    I have a PAL Wii. Lot's of people here have a NTSC-U Wii. So I'm guessing it is region-free, but I really don't know. =(

    Try again. If it doesn't work, try again later. It can be that Nintendo servers are overflowing with people thanks to the update.
