    Sorry, I didn't mean to put words in your mouth. In my opinion, Madden has always been crappy at simulating football so I'm glad they went arcade style on the Wii. 2k Sports NFL2k8, and APF 2k8, are much better football simulations than any Madden game. That said, Madden 09 is a great game.

    How are you even comparing this to the 360 version? This is arcade-style, just look at the way the players are portrayed... This is a completely different game than the 360/PS3 versions...

    Yea, this years edition is actually something to look forward to on the Wii, not so much the 360 of PS3, but definitely the Wii.

    This is a pretty decent game... I like how they went arcade style, simplicity. It makes it much more fun, and the art style is great (TF2 style players). Let's face it, Madden has never really been a great simulation. I don't see a franchise mode which is a bit disappointing. I didn't try...

    I don't think it supports Wii Motion plus, that doesn't mean you can't have it plugged in when you are playing. I just played Madden 09 game with mine plugged in while I waited for 2010. 2010 works fine on my Wii, it's soft modded and hard modded with Wasabi though.

    If you don't have the SD card in it, it boots to the system menu immediately. At least mine does... or maybe I'm doing something wrong...
