    I formatted a Sandisk 8GB SDHC card using the above settings and it's working fine? p.s. Side topic, the DSi XL is on v1.4.1. Should i update it v1.44 (e.g. to be able to play new games?) or does it not matter?

    Received the Acekard yesterday, that was fast! Also got my refund from nds-gear so double result. I can recommend both these companies. Now I'm going to follow the noob to guide to setting up my Acekard.... Thanks to all.

    :( Am confused. On this journey had purchased from nds-gear first, then cancelled as read somewhere that they're unreliable (still waiting for refund). Then ordered from digitopz but reading mixed stories about them, cancelled order. Luckily nothing to refund as they were asking for payment...
