    Yes. Using a Micro SD in a Micro SD to SD card adapter would work the same as the standard 3ds SD card.

    Thanks for the help. Just to follow up, I dumped the Fantasy Life rom and it did say it was CARD1. The save file worked on emunand as well, so long as it was on my SD card. Installing the dlc.cia after that unlocked the dlc that was pre-loaded on the rom to begin with. Still not on the retail...

    Hacking Sky3DS released a new card - no limit for games.

    An OSD rom menu would not be possible on Sky3ds like it is on Gateway because it requires an exploit. Sky3ds does not use an exploit on the system firmware to do that.
