    How do I add the translation patch into the 3ds file?

    So Im at section V 5. now and it says "Launch b9sTool by starting your DSiWare game on the target 3DS " It doesn't. I don't know what I did wrong. boot.nds is in root I have the other file in the boot9strap folder.

    Okay now I'm confused. It says in 3dsguide section V 3. "Copy the 11.4.0 .firm corresponding to the target 3DS to the boot9strap folder on the root of the target 3DS’s SD card" do they mean like the otherapp.bin thing? the one that used to say something like 11.4.0.37U...

    Okay, so I've gotten to the point where I'm going to system transfer. That 3ds file game that I have on my computer, do I put it in somewhere before transferring? or after? and how do I use hans for the translation patch?

    Well now safehax keeps getting the PM INIT FAILED message, my wireless communication is on and I've even changed it from r21 to r19 list 3ds guide said. Still nothing.
