    Help. I cant open Forwarder3ds.jar

    So I wanna emulate pokemon black on my 3ds. Cause cool. And everything was fine until I tried to open my forwarder3ds.jar. It should run as an application, but it just does nothing. I click it and it does nothing. I try to open it, but it does nothing. I even have a windows computer. Please help...
