    If you haven't connected to the internet in Sun/Moon, then you shouldn't be banned on eShop. Just being connected to your wifi won't get you banned.

    No it shouldn't. Of course you could try updating Decrypt9 to the newest version but you shouldn't need to. As long as you inject the blank NNID save.bin it should work.

    Weird. Try going into NNID settings inside your system settings. If it doesn't prompt you to link a new NNID, something went wrong and I'd retry the NNID save inject. Do you also have the other error, 002-0102? I'm not sure if you have to be unbanned completely in order to access the eShop...

    It can be changed but only temporarily. You have to manually set it each time you reboot the console.

    I'm not sure if you're able to system transfer or not. I don't have 2 consoles that are currently eligible to system transfer to test it or not.

    You can also do the blank nnidsave inject via Decrypt9 method that @StarGazerTom described. But it will remove your NNID and related content from your 3DS. I can now access the eshop just fine.
