    Hardware Buying a Japanese Wii U and using it in EUR

    I have a Japanese Wii U and there is Graphical Glitches on some EUR games. Also there is no option to change the language on either the Wii or Wii U. In fact the 3DS is the same.

    Hacking Help generating valid dev title.tik

    I am looking to generate a valid title.tik for a Wii U CAT-DEV. I am able to Pack up all the files and encrypt them, however I need to know how to sign the title.tik file. Has anyone done this and knows where in the Cafe SDK you can get the files to do it? Thanks Jamie
