I think you need to buy a new card. It identifies itself as an R4 instead of an actual game on the home screen, and 1.4.5 doesn't seem to like that very much.- DvoraKing

Hacking R4i Gold getting stuck.
I have an R4i Gold (r4ids.cn) and when removing it, it gets stuck about halfway out and needs to be jiggled back and forth a bit to fully pop out. The bizarre thing is though, I have a 3DS XL. I've heard of the R4i Gold getting stuck inside the DSi/XL (and rarely, the DS Lite), but never the...- DvoraKing

Hacking Can DS ROM calibrate 3DS touch screen?
The only thing that it visibly changed on the 3DS itself was my DS/i profile name, birthday, and color. I was just wondering, since the clock apparently cannot be changed in DS mode, if the same were true for the touch screen. Or, is it possible that the touch screen is calibrated...- DvoraKing

This is probably the wrong area to ask this, but I couldn't find a better place. I'm a very paranoid person. Earlier I ran a DS firmware dump from my R4i Gold on my 3DS, and it asked to to calibrate screen, set up profile, etc. It completely wiped out the DS/i profile section on my 3DS, but...- DvoraKing
