    I had the same error (007-6106, 009-6106) installing the Omega Ruby 1.3 update, because I installed the OR 1.2 update onto sysnand with a non-legit CIA. I had to format the 3DS from System Settings before I could install it without that error.

    You can't use the Gateway tools to backup\restore card2 saves, but Powersaves can. It will work fine for backup\restoring your emunand cart save. It just won't be able to apply cheats since Datel's servers can't read the save.

    Nope. To be a legal Pokemon the Charizard has to be Japanese, since the wondercard is only available legally to Japanese games. EDIT: But you should be able to use the language-edit code to make your game Japanese, get the wondercard, and switch back, like Simon Blackquill said.

    I mean that the gamecard commands themselves are encrypted. Without knowing how to send the gamecard the proper encrypted commands, it won't send back the gamesave or the NCSD headers. But since Powersaves can do that without external help, the secrets must be in the Powersaves executable...
