That's encouraging. Thanks so much for your reply Technicmaster0. Sorry, i do not understand the meaning of revision here. I think my 3ds was 2 something before updating to the latest or perhaps 4 something - couldnt remember (but i'm sure i did it in order to play super mario 3ds approx 2 yrs...- drsjaikumar

Bought R4i 3ds card from www.r4ids.cn. Was working fine. Updated 3ds to the latest 7.1.0-16E. r4i 3ds card not working – throwing an error “An error has occurred.
