    That looks suspiciously like you're trying to issue powershell commands in to the Windows Run command box.. You need to use powershell.

    Yeh I'd try an eject, remove it, and put it straight back into the computer and see if the files are present.

    Are you properly "safely disconnecting" your SD card when you disconnect it from your computer. That sounds suspiciously like an unflushed write-cache.. Maybe not, but worth thinking about/checking.
