    Well, starting from v1.3.1 Cemu "added support for launching games via command line parameter." And looking at the other remarks in the 1.3.1 Changelog they made changes to the FS code quite a lot. (http://cemu.info/changelog/cemu_1_3_1.txt) Sorry, not a direct solution to your problem, though.
